ASSET-BACKED FINANCE | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (3-6 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 50 firm, is seeking a mid-level Associate to join its Asset-Backed Finance Group. This role offers the opportunity to work within a premier global finance practice advising leading investment banks, asset managers, and corporate clients on sophisticated structured finance and lending transactions.
The Associate will advise borrowers and lenders on a wide range of asset-backed and asset-based lending transactions. Responsibilities include supporting and leading aspects of structured finance offerings and debt finance transactions, drafting and negotiating credit agreements, and providing strategic counsel on complex financing structures. Experience with warehouse credit facilities and hands-on involvement in transaction execution, from structuring through closing, will be highly valued. The role requires strong collaboration with deal teams and direct client interaction in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 3–6 years of experience in asset-backed finance, structured finance, or asset-based lending; experience advising borrowers and lenders in debt finance transactions; experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements (warehouse facility experience preferred); strong academic credentials; excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills; and admission to practice law in good standing in the jurisdiction of employment.
