COMPLEX COMMERCIAL LITIGATION| MID TO SENIOR LEVEL ASSOCIATE (3+): Our client, an Am Law 100 firm,  is seeking a mid to senior level Associate to join its Complex Commercial Litigation team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes business disputes within a nationally recognized litigation practice serving sophisticated corporate clients.

The Associate will support a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters, including business disputes across various industries. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth legal research, drafting briefs and motions, assisting with discovery, and supporting case strategy development. The role may also involve preparing for depositions, hearings, and trial, while collaborating closely with partners and team members to deliver high-quality legal work. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment are essential.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 3+ years of commercial litigation experience and/or judicial clerkship experience; strong research and writing skills; excellent academic credentials (law review preferred); strong oral and written communication skills; attention to detail; and strong interpersonal skills. This is an in-office position based in Atlanta.
