REAL ESTATE | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (3-5 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a mid-level Associate to join its Real Estate practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions for developers, owners, and investors within a collaborative Am Law 200 environment.
The Associate will represent clients in structuring, negotiating, and closing complex real estate transactions. Responsibilities include handling acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and development matters, as well as drafting and reviewing transactional documents and coordinating deal execution through closing. The role requires close collaboration with clients and internal teams to support a wide range of commercial real estate projects and investments.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions; experience representing developers, owners, and investors; strong understanding of real estate financing, acquisitions, dispositions, and development transactions; excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills; and admission to practice law in Georgia.
