INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (TRADEMARKS & COPYRIGHTS) | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (3-+5 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a mid-level Associate to join its Intellectual Property Litigation. This opportunity offers the ability to work on sophisticated trademark and copyright matters within a nationally respected intellectual property platform.

The Associate will handle a broad range of trademark and copyright matters, including trademark prosecution, enforcement, litigation, and brand protection strategy. Responsibilities include managing domestic and international trademark portfolios, conducting clearance and enforcement analysis, drafting and responding to office actions, handling disputes and litigation matters, and advising clients on trademark and copyright protection strategies. The role also requires close collaboration with clients and litigation teams on enforcement and infringement matters.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 3–5 years of trademark experience, including both prosecution and litigation/enforcement matters; excellent academic credentials; strong interpersonal and communication skills; exceptional attention to technical detail; and admission to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
