LABOR & EMPLOYMENT| SENIOR ASSOCIATE (6-8 YRS): Our client, an Am Law 200 firm, is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Labor & Employment group. This opportunity offers the ability to work within a nationally active employment litigation practice with substantial trial work and sophisticated counseling responsibilities for employers across industries.
The Associate will handle employment-related litigation matters nationwide, including managing cases through discovery, motion practice, hearings, depositions, and trial. The role also includes advising employers on a broad range of employment counseling matters such as employment, separation, and restrictive covenant agreements; wage and hour compliance and classification issues; leave of absence matters; workplace policies; and day-to-day employment law strategy.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior employment attorney seeking substantive trial experience, direct client interaction, and a sophisticated mix of litigation and counseling work within a global Am Law platform.
REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 6–8 years of labor and employment experience; substantial employment litigation experience, including trial-related work; experience handling counseling matters involving restrictive covenants, wage and hour compliance, leave issues, and policy review; strong writing, analytical, and communication skills; and active membership in the Georgia Bar.
