Description
COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (4-6 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a mid-level Commercial Real Estate Associate to join its nationally growing Real Estate practice. This opportunity offers the ability to work on sophisticated, cross-market commercial real estate transactions with institutional investors, developers, private equity clients, and other top-tier market participants.
The Associate will advise clients on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, development projects, and joint ventures across diverse asset classes such as office, retail, logistics, healthcare and senior living, student housing, hospitality, and data centers. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, commercial leases, and joint venture agreements; conducting and managing due diligence related to title, survey, zoning, and environmental matters; advising on development projects from entitlement through completion; and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across tax, construction, and zoning practices.
The role also involves supporting clients with operational real estate matters, including lease amendments, assignments, subleases, and tenant-related issues. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking substantive transactional responsibility, direct client interaction, and exposure to sophisticated national real estate work within a collaborative and expanding platform.

Experience with multi-jurisdictional matters, institutional clients, private equity funds, REITs, development projects, and capital markets structures is preferred.
