FINANCE (CORPORATE DEBT) | SENIOR ASSOCIATE (7+ YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking Finance Associates to join its Corporate Debt team. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial finance transactions within a nationally recognized practice, supporting clients on syndicated lending, secured transactions, and complex financing arrangements.
The successful candidate will assist with structuring, drafting, and negotiating credit facilities and related documentation, including cash flow credit facilities and other commercial finance transactions. The position involves collaboration with partners and clients across industries, managing multiple transactions simultaneously, and contributing to private debt and broader finance matters within a fast-paced transactional environment.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; experience with syndicated lending, secured transactions, or commercial finance matters (private debt experience strongly preferred); excellent academic credentials; strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple matters concurrently; and active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction.
