LITIGATION - GENERAL AND COMPLEX LIABILITY | JUNIOR TO MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (2+ YRS): Our client, a national firm, is seeking a junior to mid level Attorney to join its Litigation Practice. 

This opportunity is ideal for a litigation attorney with experience managing a diverse caseload and handling matters from inception through resolution. The role offers the opportunity to provide strategic legal counsel, represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and depositions, and work closely with partners and clients in a fast-paced litigation environment.

The Associate will manage a broad range of litigation matters, including analyzing claims and causes of action, conducting legal research, drafting briefs, memoranda, pleadings, and appellate briefs, representing clients in court, arbitrations, and depositions, preparing and responding to discovery requests, coordinating expert witness matters, and assisting with trial preparation and attendance. Responsibilities also include developing litigation strategies, managing case deadlines and assignments, collaborating with partners, clients, and stakeholders, and providing practical legal advice throughout the litigation process.

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and at least 2 years of experience in the relevant practice area. Applicants should have substantial experience with legal research, drafting, oral advocacy, administrative proceedings, depositions, and mediations. Strong analytical, communication, organization, and client-relations skills are required. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction, with additional bar admissions considered a plus. The ideal candidate will demonstrate independence, professionalism, responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working effectively in a collaborative team environment.
