CORPORATE | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (3+ YRS): Our client, an AmLaw100 firm, is seeking a mid-level Associate.
This opportunity is ideal for a transactional attorney with meaningful corporate experience looking to advise clients on sophisticated business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity financings, and general corporate matters. The role offers the opportunity to work on complex corporate matters while collaborating with an established national corporate practice serving clients across a wide range of industries.
The Associate will advise clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity financings, corporate formations, governance matters, and other general corporate matters. Responsibilities also include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, conducting due diligence, managing transaction processes, assisting clients with strategic business initiatives, collaborating with partners and clients on complex matters, managing multiple matters simultaneously, and providing practical legal advice to support client objectives.
REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have at least 3 years of law firm experience focused primarily on corporate and transactional matters. Applicants should have substantial experience with mergers and acquisitions, equity financings, general corporate work, and transaction management. Strong drafting, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills are required. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing abilities, and demonstrated organizational skills. Admission to and good standing with the Georgia Bar is required. The ideal candidate will be able to manage complex matters effectively while working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
