HEALTHCARE - REGULATORY | MID TO SENIOR LEVEL ASSOCIATE (2–7+ YRS): Our client, a nationally recognized AmLaw200 firm, is seeking a mid to senior level Associate to join its Healthcare Practice Group. This opportunity offers the chance to advise healthcare providers and other industry participants on complex regulatory and transactional matters while working alongside a highly regarded team with a broad national healthcare practice.
The Associate will assist clients with a variety of healthcare regulatory, transactional, and corporate matters. Responsibilities may include advising healthcare organizations on regulatory compliance, supporting mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions, conducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating transactional documents, and counseling clients on legal issues affecting healthcare operations. The role also involves collaborating with attorneys across multiple practice areas to provide comprehensive legal solutions tailored to clients in the healthcare industry.
Candidates should be comfortable managing multiple matters simultaneously, working directly with clients, and contributing to sophisticated healthcare transactions and regulatory projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, drafting, research, and communication skills, along with a practical, business-oriented approach to client service. Experience with healthcare regulatory compliance, healthcare transactions, mergers and acquisitions, or a combination of these practice areas is preferred.

REQUIRED: J.D. from an accredited law school; active bar admission, or eligibility to practice, in Georgia; 2–7+ years of private practice experience; strong academic credentials; exceptional research, writing, analytical, and communication skills; and prior law firm experience. Experience with healthcare regulatory matters, healthcare transactions, mergers and acquisitions, or related healthcare industry counseling is preferred.
