CORPORATE (TRANSACTIONAL & SECURITIES)| JUNIOR TO MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (2-7 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a junior to mid-level Associate to join its Corporate Practice Group’s public company securities team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of corporate and securities matters within a collaborative and entrepreneurial firm environment.

The Associate will support public company clients on securities compliance and transactional matters, including work under the ’33 and ’34 Acts. Responsibilities include advising on SEC reporting and disclosure obligations, assisting with mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. The role may also involve work related to corporate finance, venture capital financing, licensing, and entity formation and maintenance. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling a variety of transactional matters while collaborating closely with clients and internal deal teams.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 2–7 years of experience in corporate, securities, or transactional law; experience with public company securities matters under the ’33 and ’34 Acts; experience with M&A, private equity, or general corporate work; strong academic credentials; excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills; and admission to practice in the applicable jurisdiction.
