GENERAL LIABILITY (INSURANCE DEFENSE) | JUNIOR TO MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (2+ YRS): Our client, a national insurance defense firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Atlanta office, handling general liability and insurance defense matters. This role offers the opportunity to manage a full litigation caseload while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with direct client interaction.

The Associate will manage cases from inception through resolution, including conducting legal analysis of claims, drafting pleadings and motions, and handling discovery. Responsibilities include representing clients in court, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions; coordinating with expert witnesses; preparing for trial; and delivering strategic legal counsel. The role requires strong ownership of matters, the ability to manage deadlines effectively, and close collaboration with partners and clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
