LITIGATION- CRYPTOCURRENCY & BLOCKCHAIN | JUNIOR TO MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (2-6 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an Associate to join its industry-leading cryptocurrency litigation and regulatory defense team. This role is open across U.S. offices and offers the opportunity to work exclusively with crypto and blockchain clients within a globally recognized fintech and digital asset practice. The position provides exposure to a wide range of matters, including crypto litigation, bankruptcy litigation, regulatory defense, product counseling, state licensing and trust charters, and enforcement-related matters.
The Associate will support complex disputes and advisory matters for prominent crypto companies, including drafting pleadings and motions, conducting legal research and analysis, participating in regulatory investigations and litigation strategy, and collaborating closely with cross-disciplinary teams on cutting-edge digital asset issues. The team operates on an industry-exclusive model, providing associates with hands-on experience across multiple practice areas while focusing exclusively on cryptocurrency and blockchain clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong writing skills, intellectual curiosity, and a genuine passion for crypto law within a fast-paced, evolving regulatory environment.
REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school; admission to practice in the jurisdiction where the candidate will be based; outstanding academic credentials; strong writing and analytical abilities; demonstrated working knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies; and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-performance team environment. Experience in cryptocurrency-related litigation, regulatory work, enforcement defense, products counseling, bankruptcy litigation, or government investigations is preferred.
