ERISA - C&B - EMPLOYEE BENEFITS AND EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (2–6 YRS): Our client, a Global50 firm, is seeking a mid-level Associate to join its Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation team within the firm's Tax Practice Group.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with two to six years of experience advising clients on complex employee benefits and executive compensation matters. The role offers the opportunity to work with sophisticated employers, plan sponsors, and service providers on a broad range of benefits-related issues, including executive compensation, retirement plans, health and welfare plans, ERISA compliance, and the employee benefits aspects of mergers and acquisitions.

The Associate will advise clients on the design, implementation, administration, and compliance of employee benefit and executive compensation programs. Responsibilities include counseling clients on ERISA and Internal Revenue Code compliance, advising on qualified retirement plans and health and welfare plans, structuring executive compensation arrangements, supporting the employee benefits components of corporate transactions, conducting benefits-related due diligence, drafting plan documents and related agreements, and providing practical guidance on regulatory and compliance matters. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and colleagues across multiple practice areas to develop strategic solutions to complex employee benefits issues.

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have two to six years of law firm experience with a strong background in employee benefits and executive compensation matters. Experience advising clients on executive compensation, retirement plans, health and welfare plans, ERISA compliance, and the employee benefits aspects of mergers and acquisitions is required. Applicants should possess excellent academic credentials, outstanding analytical, drafting, and communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to manage matters independently in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Candidates should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and admitted to practice, or eligible for admission, in the jurisdiction corresponding to their primary office location. This position requires a hybrid work schedule with a minimum in-office presence of three days per week.

TO APPLY: Please submit a resume, cover letter, and academic transcripts in PDF format.
