CORPORATE:  Our client, the Atlanta office of an international firm, is seeking a mid to senior-level finance associate with 4+ years of experience in energy transition finance matters to work in its Project & Energy group. Candidate should have experience handling transactions in the area of financing and M&A of energy transition projects and companies, with proven experience in tax equity and other renewable energy tax credit monetization matters.

REQUIRED: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with a strong academic record; GA Bar Admission; and strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
