EMPLOYMENT LITIGATION |SENIOR ASSOCIATE / OF COUNSEL (7+ YRS) : Our client, an AmLaw200 firm, is seeking a Senior Associate or Of Counsel to join its Employment Litigation.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced employment litigator who is capable of independently managing sophisticated employment disputes from inception through resolution. The role offers significant responsibility representing employers in a broad range of workplace litigation matters while working alongside one of the nation's leading labor and employment law firms.

The Senior Associate or Of Counsel will independently lead and manage single plaintiff employment litigation matters, including claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and related state laws. Responsibilities include drafting and responding to pleadings and discovery, preparing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, managing all phases of litigation, and preparing matters for mediation, arbitration, and trial. The role requires the ability to balance multiple matters while delivering practical, client focused legal counsel in a fast paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have significant employment litigation experience and be capable of independently handling employment litigation matters. Applicants should possess excellent academic credentials, superior writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. Candidates must be self motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively, hold a J.D. from an ABA accredited law school, and be admitted to the Georgia Bar.
