EMPLOYMENT LITIGATION | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (3-5 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a mid-level Associate to join its Employment Disputes and Litigation & Dispute Resolution practices. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated employment and complex business litigation matters within a collaborative Am Law 200 environment.
The Associate will handle a broad range of employment disputes, including matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour claims. Responsibilities include managing litigation matters from inception through resolution, conducting legal research, drafting motions and pleadings, participating in discovery, and supporting hearings, depositions, and other litigation proceedings. The role also involves advising clients on employment-related disputes while collaborating closely with partners and litigation teams on complex business matters.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 3–5 years of experience in general litigation and employment law; experience handling employment disputes involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour matters; strong academic credentials; outstanding writing and analytical skills; and admission to practice law in Georgia. Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
