CLASS ACTION LABOR & EMPLOYMENT |SENIOR ASSOCIATE / SENIOR COUNSEL (7+ YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Senior Associate or Senior Counsel to join its growing Class Action group. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-stakes class action litigation within a nationally recognized labor and employment practice.
The attorney will defend complex class action matters involving employment discrimination, wage and hour disputes, workplace privacy, EEOC and Department of Labor investigations, statutory and common law privacy claims, products liability, and consumer fraud matters. Responsibilities include developing litigation strategy, managing complex discovery, drafting substantive motions and briefs, coordinating class action defense efforts, and handling matters through all stages of litigation. The role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a highly experienced litigation team.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 7+ years of complex litigation experience; experience defending class action lawsuits, particularly in labor and employment matters; superior academic credentials; exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills; and active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction.
