CLASS ACTIONS & MASS TORTS |MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (4-7 YRS): Our client, a top Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a highly qualified mid-level Associate to join its nationally recognized Litigation & Disputes Practice Group, focusing on class actions and mass tort litigation. This position is open in any U.S. office and offers the opportunity to work alongside leading litigators defending global companies in high-exposure, bet-the-company litigation matters.
The Associate will play a substantive role in all phases of complex class action and mass tort litigation in both state and federal courts. Responsibilities include managing pleadings and motion practice, handling fact and expert discovery, taking and defending depositions, assisting with class certification strategy and briefing, supporting trial preparation and trial teams, and contributing to appellate briefing and related litigation strategy. The role also involves significant client interaction and collaboration with partners on case management and litigation strategy.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 4–7 years of complex litigation experience in a large law firm environment; experience taking and defending fact and expert witness depositions; experience supporting trial teams in state or federal jury trials; outstanding analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills; strong organizational and project management abilities; and admission to practice in the jurisdiction of the preferred office location or ability to obtain admission promptly. Federal judicial clerkship and/or Assistant U.S. Attorney (AUSA) experience is strongly preferred.
