INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY - TRADEMARK, PROSECUTION & ENFORCEMENT | SENIOR ASSOCIATE (7+ YRS): Our client, an AmLaw100 firm with one of the nation's premier Trademark and Copyright practices, is seeking a Senior Associate to join its nationally recognized Trademark Team. The attorney will manage U.S. and international trademark portfolios, advising clients on all aspects of trademark protection and brand management. Responsibilities include conducting trademark clearance analyses, overseeing domestic and international trademark prosecution, managing investigations and routine enforcement matters, coordinating global filing strategies, and providing strategic counsel regarding the development, protection, and maintenance of valuable trademark assets. The role also involves collaborating with attorneys and foreign counsel to ensure efficient portfolio management and responsive client service across multiple jurisdictions.

Candidates should be comfortable independently managing complex trademark portfolios while maintaining strong client relationships and handling multiple matters in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have substantial trademark prosecution experience, exceptional legal writing, analytical, and organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail. Experience with both U.S. and international trademark practice is strongly preferred.

Experience with trademark clearance, prosecution, investigations, routine enforcement, and global trademark portfolio strategy is preferred.
