CORPORATE | JUNIOR TO MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (2-4 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw100 firm, is seeking a junior to mid level Corporate Associate to join its growing Corporate Practice Group in the Atlanta office.
This opportunity is ideal for an attorney looking to build a sophisticated corporate practice with exposure to complex finance, securities, and mergers and acquisitions matters. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients and partners on a broad range of transactional matters while developing significant responsibility within a growing corporate team.
The Corporate Associate will advise clients on a variety of corporate finance, securities, and mergers and acquisitions transactions. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, conducting due diligence, assisting with mergers and acquisitions, advising on corporate governance matters, supporting public securities offerings, preparing and reviewing Exchange Act filings, and collaborating with clients and attorneys throughout all stages of corporate transactions.
REQUIREMENTS: Candidates should have 2 to 4 years of experience in corporate finance, securities, and mergers and acquisitions, including knowledge of public offerings and Exchange Act filings. Applicants must possess outstanding academic credentials, excellent writing skills, and demonstrate entrepreneurial drive and initiative. Candidates must be admitted to the Georgia Bar or be eligible to become admitted in Georgia.
